Paul Simonson is a nationally acclaimed authority on medical malpractice who has lectured on a wide variety of malpractice topics to lawyer's groups across the United States since 1981. He has been recognized by "Who's Who of Professionals," "International Who's Who of Professionals," and Sky Radio Network's "Best Lawyers in America (2005)." His background is noteworthy for the wide scope of his writings, inclusive of General Surgery, Hospital Liability, and the Trial of Malpractice Cases.
